When you copy and paste information, it is common for computers to add an extra blank space. This is the most common cause if your login credentials are not working.

To solve this, please copy and paste your password in a visible area, such as a text document. Then move the cursor using the left and right arrow to verify that there is no extra space at the start or end of your password.

Then, without copying it again, paste the password in the password field of the login form. This should solve the issue.

Finally you can modify your password by going to the My Account navigation tab at the top of the screen to use an easier password that you won’t need to copy and paste.
