Certification

I understand that for some practitioners having a certification is really important. It creates credibility. It cultivates confidence. For that reason, I am making a certification available to those in the Certification Level of the program if you complete the below requirements.

Requirements for certification include:

Completion of all training calls and worksheets: It will be your responsibility to either show up for all of the training calls LIVE or listen to the recordings. And you must also complete all of the worksheets that accompany each call. Download this checklist to track your progress. You will submit this checklist at the end of your program along with your other certification materials.

Documentation of at least 18 Coaching Buddy Hours: Download this tracking sheet and record at least 18 hours spent meeting with your Coaching Buddy. You will submit this tracking sheet at the end of your program along with your other certification materials.

Documentation of at least 18 Regular Coaching Hours: Download this tracking sheet and record at least 18 coaching hours. You will submit this tracking sheet at the end of your program along with your other certification materials.

Submission of a 25-minute sample of Coaching for review: This should be an audio-only or video recording (whichever you prefer) of a coaching session. You will submit this .mp3 or .mp4 file at the end of your program along with your other certification materials. We will be listening for the following key competencies within the first 25 minutes of the recording.

  • Setting the Container
  • Energetics and Rapport
  • Listening Skills
  • Questioning Skills
  • Creating Awareness Skills
  • Strategizing Skills

Submitting your materials:

All of the above requirements will be due no later than July 1, 2021. Confirmation of your certification will be returned to you by September 1, 2021. You will submit your materials via a private upload link that we will provide at the end of your program.
