I understand that for some practitioners having a certification is really important. It creates credibility. It cultivates confidence. For that reason, I am making a certification available to those in the Certification Level of the program if you complete the below requirements.

First, if you are interested in becoming certified you must fill out this short form to let us know you are participating in Certification and we can keep in touch with you about important deadlines.

Requirements for certification include:

Completion of all training calls and worksheets: It will be your responsibility to either show up for all of the training calls LIVE or listen to the recordings. And you must also complete all of the worksheets that accompany each call. Download this checklist to track your progress. You will submit this checklist at the end of your program along with your other certification materials. You do not need to submit the individual worksheets, just the checklist indicating that you have completed them.

Documentation of at least 18 Coaching Buddy Hours: Download this tracking sheet and record at least 18 hours spent meeting with your Coaching Buddy. You will submit this tracking sheet at the end of your program along with your other certification materials.

Documentation of at least 18 Regular Coaching Hours: Download this tracking sheet and record at least 18 coaching hours. You will submit this tracking sheet at the end of your program along with your other certification materials.

Submission of a 30-35 minute sample of Coaching for review: This should be an audio-only or video recording (whichever you prefer) of a coaching session. You will submit this .mp3 or .mp4 file at the end of your program along with your other certification materials. We will be listening for the following key competencies within the first 30-35 minutes of the recording.

• Setting the Container
• Energetics and Rapport
• Listening Skills
• Questioning Skills
• Creating Awareness Skills
• Strategizing Skills

Use this Coaching Session Self Assessment as a guiding tool before your call to prepare and after your call to assess if the call included the six key competencies.

You are welcome to use whatever software is most comfortable for you for recording your coaching call.  We recommend using Zoom for video or audio recording, or Free Conference Call for audio recording.

Profile Photo, Bio, and Website URL:  When you submit your materials we will also ask you to submit your profile photo, a short 50-75 word bio, and your website URL so that we can feature you on our Sacred Depth Certified Practitioner page!

Submitting your materials:
All of the above requirements will be due no later than January 1, 2022. You will receive a notification of your certification within 45 days of receipt of your materials. You will submit your materials via a private upload link that we will provide at the end of your program.

Re-Submitting your materials if necessary:
If you don’t pass Certification the first time around, we will provide you details for areas of improvement and you will have 3 months to resubmit your materials.  If this is the case, you will need to pay a small $75 admin fee for us to review your materials a second time.
