Certification Process

For some practitioners, having a certification is really important & valuable. It creates credibility. It cultivates confidence. It is awesome to have! For that reason, certification is available to those in the Mastery Level of the program if you complete the below requirements.

First, if you are interested in becoming certified then select your payment option and process your Certification Fee:
Pay in Full ($600)
Payment Plan ($100 x 6 payments)

Please note that you must let us know no later than July 1, 2022 that you are pursuing certification.

Requirements for Certification include:

Fee: There is a $600 administrative fee to apply for & receive certification. This fee covers all of the extra administrative, assessment and coaching costs associated with the certification.

Completion of all training calls, worksheets and quizzes: It will be your responsibility to either be present for all of the training calls LIVE or listen to the recordings. You must also complete all of the worksheets and quizzes that accompany each call. Download this checklist to track your progress. You will submit this checklist at the end of the program along with your other certification materials.

Documentation of at least 18 Coaching Buddy Hours:  Download this tracking sheet and record at least 18 hours spent meeting with your Coaching Buddy  Note: an hour of practice with your buddy, even if you both each only coach for 30 minutes, is considered a full “hour” of buddy coaching). You will submit this tracking sheet at the end of your program along with your other certification materials.

Documentation of at least 18 Regular Coaching Hours: Download this tracking sheet and record at least 18 coaching hours  (Note: The requirement is 18 separate sessions with a client. We understand that some people do 30 minute sessions, some 45, and some 60 so the final tally of exact minutes may differ, but it should be a total of 18 separate sessions). You will submit this tracking sheet at the end of your program along with your other certification materials.

Completion of 4 coaching sessions with a Sacred Depths coach: As part of your certification process & fee, you receive four 45-minute sessions with a certified Sacred Depths coach! An opportunity to be coached and to integrate the Sacred Depths principles and skills more deeply.

Mid-Program Submission of a 30-35 minute recorded coaching session for review: This should be an audio-only or video recording (whichever you prefer) of a coaching session. This submission will be assessed for the key competencies stated below, and is a practice & preparation so that you know where to tighten your skills up for your Final submission.

Mid-Program submissions can be made between July 1 and August 15.

Final Submission of a 30-35 minute recorded coaching session for review: Your submission will be reviewed by a trained member of the ADI team. The recording and its content will be kept fully confidential and not be shared beyond the ADI team. Please ask your volunteer client for consent to record.  This should be an audio-only or video recording (whichever you prefer) of a coaching session. You will submit this .mp3 or .mp4 file at the end of your program along with your other certification materials. We will be listening for the following key competencies:

• Setting the Container
• Energetics, Ethics and Rapport
• Listening Skills
• Questioning Skills
• Creating Awareness Skills
• Visioning Skills
• Strategizing Skills
• Closing the container

Please make sure to include these core coaching skills and techniques in your recording. Please note that we will listen to the first 35 minutes of the call only, without exception.

Use this Coaching Session Self Assessment as a guiding tool before your call to prepare and after your call to assess if the call included the six (6) key competencies.

You are welcome to use whatever software is most comfortable for you for recording your coaching call. We recommend using Zoom for video or audio recording, or Free Conference Call for audio recording.

Final Exam:  You will be provided with a final exam at the end of your program. You are welcome to use your notes, worksheets, quizzes and the call recordings as reference as you take the exam. A passing grade for this exam is 75%.

Profile Photo, Bio, and Website URL:  When you submit your materials we will also ask you to submit your profile photo, a short bio of up to 100 words, and your website URL so that we can feature you on our Sacred Depth Certified Practitioner page!

Submitting your materials: All of the above requirements will be due no later than January 5, 2023. You will submit your materials via a private upload link that we will provide at the end of your program. We will confirm your certification within 45 days of receipt of your materials.

Re-Submitting your materials if necessary: We take certification very seriously, and sometimes applicants don’t pass the first time around. This isn’t a “bad” thing; it just means we are supporting you to be the best practitioner you can be! If you don’t pass the Certification process the first time around, we will provide you details for areas of improvement and you will have 3 months to resubmit your materials.
