We have secured a group discounted rate at the hotel for you. It is $155/night for either a double queen or a single king room. You need to mention that you are part of the Joanna Lindenbaum International Group when making your reservations. 

Rooms may be shared with a roommate, just please remember to give all guest names at the time of making your reservation. If you’re interested in finding a roommate for the retreat, please email Talia, our client care coordinator, at talia@applieddepthinstitute.com and let her know. She’ll be keeping track of folks looking to share a room and will be happy to pair you up with someone.

Also, if you decide to stay at another area hotel, it will be your responsibility to get to and from the Hampton Inn for the daily meetings. 

Meals:

• Breakfast: If you choose to stay at the Hampton Inn, breakfast is included in your guest room rate
• Lunch: My team will be hosting you for lunch during our time together
• Dinner: On your own

Attire:
Dress is casual (we do lots of process work!). Be comfortable, and wear layers. The room can vary in temperature.

• January 31st: 9:30am-5:30pm
• February 1st: 9am-5pm
• February 2nd: 9am-5pm
• February 3rd: 9am-2:30pm

*Our end time on the first three days is a little flexible and we may go 30-45 minutes overtime.
